Chris Brown Sues Woman Who Accused Him Of Hurting Her Outside Club

Chris Brown is countersuing Deanna Gines, the woman who claims Brown pushed her to the ground outside a California club last June.

Giles has alleged that she injured her knee when Brown supposedly assaulted her near Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim — an accusation that the performer hasvehemently denied since the beginning.Eyewitnesses and the club owner have supported Brown’s version of events. Now his attorney Mark Geragos has filed a countersuit against Gines, according to TMZ.

Brown’s camp argues that the star never had any contact with Gines, and that she faked her supposed injury.Furthermore, she is alleged to have been extremely intoxicated and belligerent throughout the night in question. The countersuit portrays her as an opportunist hoping to use Brown’s presence at the same club as a cash grab.
