Kidnappers demand N500m ransom to free Pres. Jonathan's uncle

Abductors of Inengite Nitabai, the 70-year old uncle of President Goodluck Jonathan, have demanded a N500m ransom, Sahara Reporters report.

A security source said that the abductors threatened to kill him if the family fails to produce the money. The source also said the family had constituted a committee to evaluate the demand, establish negotiations with the abductors and facilitate his release.

He said the kidnappers had also warned against the involvement of security operatives in the matter.
"The kidnappers contacted the family four days after and demanded a whopping sum of N500m. It is believed that the family of the victim has begun negotiations with the hoodlums," he said.

Tension and panic set in when the kidnappers failed to establish any contact with the family of their victim three days after he was abducted.

That development was said to have rattled the Presidency, which reportedly ordered a massive deployment of security in Otuoke, the hometown of the Jonathans, and the Niger Delta creeks.
The gunmen abducted Nitabai on Sunday after collecting about N400,000 from his wife.

I’ve slept with 300 people and have to have at least five orgas’ms a day’

A ‘hypersexual’ woman who claims to have slept with 300 people is so addicted to carnal pleasure that she spends up to five hours a day having se’x or pleasuring herself.

Nessa Jay, 24, from Cromer, Norfolk, finds her addiction to se’x hard to deal with and she is even having therapy to try to curb it.

Speaking to The Sun’s Jennifer Tippett, she said: ‘I get sweaty palms, I feel angry and I need to satisfy myself if I don’t get at least five orgasms a day through se’x.’

Nessa, who describes herself on Twitter as a ‘philosopher in se’x toys’ and ‘boinkologist’, reached her sexual peak when she was 19 and admitted that she used to have se’x with ‘anyone I could’. Nessa says she even used to meet sexual partners in the supermarkets. ‘First I chat to them a bit to make sure they’re not dangerous or odd but once I know they are OK we go home together,’ she said.

She first discovered her thirst for se’x after losing her virginity at the age of 16 but now channels much of her sexual energy in to her work as a se’x toy reviewer. She has tested 2,000 toys, and says the nature of her job helps her to deal with her cravings.

Nessa also says she’s enjoyed se’x with women and has had threesomes.

However, while she has been polyamorous in the past, she has one partner at the moment.

Her sexual appetite has in the past wreaked havoc with her friendships and many of her female friends have cut ties with her because they’re worried their boyfriends may be attracted to her.

However, speaking to Nick Conrad on BBC Radio Norfolk yesterday, she said: ‘It’s not all about se’x, sometimes I won’t have se’x with them for months. We go out and have dinner, go to the cinema.

‘I have slept with about thirty men in a month before but for years I had regular partners and that was it.

‘There is an emotional side, I believe strongly that people should have some form of emotional connection to enjoy se’x. It is often very intimate, I like physical connections and I have quite high standards actually.’

She has even forged a ‘network’ of sexual partners but doesn’t want her nymphomania to define her and hopes people will view people with hypersexuality as ‘normal’.

‘I live an average life which most people my age would live. I see friends, I write, I have hobbies; it’s pretty normal and pretty boring at times actually!‘I do not believe in se’x addiction or nymphomania. My se’x drive may be higher than some but it’s healthy because I’m positive about it and I’m also a trained se’x educator so I always make sure I have incredibly safe se’x and get tested regularly.

‘I’m perfectly healthy. I can’t change who I am or how I act and I wouldn’t want to,’ she added.

However, Nwachukwu reportedly got engaged to another person without the knowledge of her 23-year-old boyfriend. When Samuel later learnt of it, he was said to have pretended as if nothing happened and invited the deceased to the hotel on January 11, 2014.He allegedly forced her to drink the acid, leading to her death.

It was learnt that Samuel abandoned Nwachukwu’s corpse in the hotel and fled. The owner of the hotel, Olusegun Sangojumo, was said to have discovered the corpse, but did not report to the police.
Instead, our correspondent learnt that the 64-year-old called his manager, Kehinde Ajibola, and one of the workers, Azeez Olaitan, to dispose of the corpse at the Mile 2 end of the Lagos-Badagry Expressway.
The police were said to have discovered the corpse and in the course of investigation, rounded up all the suspects.

While Samuel was arraigned for murder, the other three suspects were arraigned for accessory after the fact.
The charges read, “That you, Christian Samuel, on January 11, 2014, at Cossy-Inn Hotel, Abule Oshun, Lagos, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did unlawfully kill one Ijeoma Nwachukwu, aged 26 years, by forcing her to drink liquid substance suspected to be acid.

“That you, Olusegun Sangojumo, Azeez Olaitan, Kehinde Ajibola, on the same date, time and place in the aforesaid Magisterial District did conspire among yourselves to wit; accessory after the fact to murder.
“That you did assist Christian Samuel, who to your knowledge has unlawfully killed one Ijeoma Nwachukwu, by unlawfully removing her corpse from your hotel room and dumped same along the Lagos-Badagry Expressway in order to enable him escape arrest and prosecution.”

The police prosecutor, Inspector G.O Osuyi, of the Criminal Investigation Department, Yaba, said the offences were punishable under sections 221, 409 and 229 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, Nigeria, 2011.

Osuyi, in a remand application for the four defendants, said they made confessional statements to the police and were identified by witnesses. He however said investigation had yet to be concluded on the matter. The magistrate remanded only the principal suspect, Samuel, while the other three defendants were admitted to bail in the sum of N100,000 each with two sureties each in like sum.
The matter was adjourned till April 2, 2014 pending legal advice from the Directorate of Public Prosecution.

PHOTO= 15Year Old Boy Was Exchanged For Two Bags Of Rice

This is so shocking!!! A 15-year old boy, Seun Aderinwale was successfully exchanged for two bags of rice valued at N20,000 on Monday by a yet-be-identified man.The incident happened at Igando in Alimosho area of Lagos State.

It was gathered that the man had gone to purchase 2 bags of rice from a shop owned by one Iya Ibrahim but he didn’t have money so he proposed to drop Seun, an aluminium apprentice, as collateral and return later to pay. Iya Ibrahim was not available that time so her son Ibrahim who was in the shop agreed to the proposal.

She was surprised to find Seun in her shop when she returned later to learn about the exchange. The 15-year-old boy was held hostage as the unidentified man failed to show up until later in the evening when the pastor of his church, a Celestial Church of Christ around the area, saw him at the shop looking despondent.

He was later freed after the pastor, known simply as Oluso in the neighborhood, settled the matter. He asked the shop owner to take responsibility for one of the stolen bags of rice while Seun’s father, a co-worker with him in the church, should pay for the other bag of rice.

When Seun was questioned on how he met the fraudster, he said he did not know the man’s house or have other information about him as he met him casually at Hotel Bus Stop about 300 metres to his residence where a church member had sent him on an errand to play lotto, popularly known as “Baba Ijebu”.

Abandoned By Her Parents, Pregnant At 15,Homeless At 16 Years

This is story of a young girl who got abandoned by her parents at a very young age, who later became homeless at the age of 16 after getting pregnant for her lover who also abandoned her and the child.

Descending Oshodi-Oke overhead bridge linking the main market this particular day, attention was drawn to a dark young woman, dressed in red trousers, a blouse and a pair of rubber slippers. She was standing and carrying a 10-month-old baby boy on her shoulder and was begging for alms.

The baby looked frail and sleepy, crying profusely under the scorching sun. He started vomitting at a time but the mother was without a wrapper to cover him or a handkerchief to clean him up. The nursing mother who claimed to be 16 held her son firmly, although an experienced mother could easily deduce that she was a novice in nursing a baby.

Even traders and passersby could not help but wonder aloud what a girl of her age was doing at that spot under the scorching sun. But as soon as she spotted this reporter, she intensified  gestures that suggested she was there for serious business. ‘’E saanu mi nitori Olorun, a ni’lo owo lati jeun ni…’’(Help me for God’s sake, we need money to feed ourselves…), she appealed in Yoruba Language.

It was revealed that the 16-year-old nursing mother is a product of a broken home and that she got pregnant at the age of 15.  Also, she escaped a rape attempt by some street urchins, popularly called Area Boys based in Oshodi.

Bimbola Oguntoyinbo, as she was later identified, hails from Ogbomoso in Osun State but was born and bred in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State.

According to the nursing mother, she was brought up by her late maternal grand mother, Madam Bukola Oguntoyinbo, who resided in Ago-Oba and took up the responsibility of fending for her grand daughter until she got pregnant for a bus- conductor by name Sodiq Adewuyi.

She said that prior to her relationship with lover boy Sodiq, she worked for two years as a service girl with a food vendor popularly called Mama Kundus who is now late. Sodiq was one of the customers at the shop. One thing soon led to another and she found herself pregnant, prompting her to relocate to Sodiq’s rented apartment at Sodeke until the arrival of their baby boy, Waris.

But the joy of the baby’s arrival was short-lived as Sodiq soon started facing some challenges which affected his finance and he could no longer afford the house rent and the young family was rendered homeless about two months ago.

Sodiq’s response to this was to disappear with his belongings, leaving mother and child at the mercy of good Samaritans. When Bolanle could not cope with the situation, she took to the streets of Abeokuta and few days ago, she decided to relocate to Lagos in search of greener pastures.

According to her, her mother, Bukola Oguntoyinbo, about 35 years of age, got married to three different men and gave birth to nine children. ‘’I came to Lagos to find a job. I arrived here few days ago but unable to find a job, I was forced to take to begging in order to save my sick baby,’’ she informed.

As regards accommodation, she took this reporter to a motor park called ‘’Aso Rock’’ near Mushin park. ‘’I was sleeping inside a bus until I was attacked by some Area Boys who dispossessed me of my belongings, including my wrappers.

Also, they wanted to rape me and steal my baby. The situation prompted me to run for safety. As at now, I am afraid of going back to the park because of my experience but I am homeless and need money to take care of my baby. I am looking for menial jobs, be it service or sales girl, house help, gardner to stay alive,’’ she said.

At ”Aso Rock”, some of the operators confirmed that Bolanle had been their ‘guest’  but however denied a rape attempt by their members. ‘’We have never engaged her in a discussion as regards her mission. Some of us stay inside this bus and we decided to accommodate her after discovering she was stranded,’’ they chorused.

Officials of the park

When this reporter insisted on seeing the officials of the park, she was referred to the financial secretary who rained insults at the reporter for disturbing him at that point in time. ’’What is your business with her? I have been seeing her around but never knew she passes the night here. I am having my lunch now. Why  are you disturbing my enjoyment?’’ he shouted.

VM was also referred to two other men who on discovering that their ‘visitor’ was a journalist put an end to further discussion as they angrily turned on the girl, upbraiding her thus in Yoruba Language: ‘’Why did you bring a government official to this park? If care is not taken, they will come and seal this park and all of us will be rendered jobless, what is your mission with a journalist…?’’

Several pleas to them fell on deaf ears as  they ordered the teenage mother to leave the park immediately with her child. The owner of the bus was equally reprimanded and warned thus: ‘’Never you harbour a stranger in this park again or else you will be dealt with…’’.

The girl-mother subsequently left with her child to an unknown destination

SA man launches contest for virgins, to reward them with R100,000

29 year old Rabelani Ramali (pictured right), a community worker from rural Limpopo province in South African has launched a contest in the country where girls who are virgins at 35 and below would be rewarded with R100,000 or less plus medals; gold, silver or bronze, depending on their ages.

Rabelani who has fathered five children by four women out of wedlock, says he decided to come up with this idea to help checkmate the rate of unwanted pregnancies and HIV cases amongst south African women. He said his NGO, SA Virgin Girls Awards, which was registered in November 2013, is set to take on this task as he has recruited 31 volunteer workers who would help disburse forms among women in schools, market, churches and other places.
Rabelani said he has contacted local medical doctors who have agreed to help him carry out the virginity test on the girls who would come forward to get tested.

R100,000 would be given to virgins between the ages of 31 and 35, R50,000 for those aged 26 to 30 and R25000 for those aged 21 to 25. He expects donors to make the prize money available to the winning contestants.

'Samuel Eto'o is 39, not 32' his baby mama Anna Barranca claims

A week after Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho was secretly filmed saying he thinks Samuel Eto'o is older than his age, his ex Anna Barranca has spoken out saying Eto'o is way older than 32.
"The problem with Chelsea is I lack a scorer. I have Eto’o but he is 32 years old, maybe 35, who knows?’ Mourinho said in a private conversation but it was secretly recorded and published on a sports website. It has since been taken down.
Now Eto'o's former lover, Anna Barranca, who is 43years old and has an 11year old daughter, Annie,  with the footballer said he's not 35, but 39 going on 40.

The Italian hairdresser (pictured above with her daughter) told The Sun UK today "I think Samuel is not 35 he is more 39. Samuel was born in 1974 and so that makes him 39 now.' She claims she was informed of Eto'o's true age when they were dating by a friend who grew up with Eto'o in Cameroon.

According to his passport, Eto'o was born in 1981. #Footballagethings :-)

Centenary Anniversary Broadcast by President Jonathan (pls read)

This is the national broadcast by Pres. Jonathan on the occasion of Nigeria’s Centenary Celebrations on Wednesday, 26th February, 2014. Read his full speech below
Dear Compatriots,

1.  I extend warm greetings and felicitations to all Nigerians as we celebrate our nation’s centenary; a significant milestone in our journey to Nationhood.

 2. One hundred years ago, on the 1st of January 1914, the British Colonial authorities amalgamated the Southern and Northern Protectorates, giving birth to the single geo-political entity called Nigeria which has become our home, our hope, and our heritage.
 3. I have often expressed the conviction that our amalgamation was not a mistake. While our union may have been inspired by considerations external to our people; I have no doubt that we are destined by God Almighty to live together as one big nation, united in diversity. Continue...

4. I consider myself specially privileged to lead our country into its second century of existence. And as I speak with you today, I feel the full weight of our hundred-year history. But what I feel most is not frustration, it is not disillusionment. What I feel is great pride and great hope for a country that is bound to overcome the transient pains of the moment and eventually take its rightful place among the greatest nations on earth.

5.         Like every country of the world, we have had our troubles. And we still do. We have fought a civil war. We have seen civil authorities overthrown by the military. We have suffered sectarian violence. And as I speak, a part of our country is still suffering from the brutal assault of terrorists and insurgents.

6.            While the occasion of our centenary undoubtedly calls for celebration, it is also a moment to pause and reflect on our journey of the past one hundred years, to take stock of our past and consider the best way forward for our nation.

7.         Even as we celebrate our centenary, we must realise that in the context of history, our nation is still in its infancy.

8.         We are a nation of the future, not of the past and while we may have travelled for a century, we are not yet at our destination of greatness.

9.         The amalgamation of 1914 was only the first step in our national journey. Unification was followed by independence and democracy which have unleashed the enormous potentials of our people and laid the foundation for our nation’s greatness.

10.    In challenging times, it is easy to become pessimistic and cynical. But hope, when grounded in realism, enables and inspires progress. Therefore, as we celebrate our first century of nationhood and enter a second, we must not lose sight of all that we have achieved since 1914 in terms of nation-building, development and progress.

11.    Today, we salute once again the great heroes of our nation – Herbert Macaulay, Ernest Ikoli, Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe, Sir Ahmadu Bello, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Alvan Ikoku, Chief Harold Dappa-Biriye, Dr. Michael Okpara, Chief Anthony Enahoro, Mallam Aminu Kano, Mokwugo Okoye and Chief Michael Imoudu among others.

12.    We must be inspired by our past to overcome the obstacles we face in the present and honour our forebears by realising the promise of a Nigeria that is not only independent but also truly unified, prosperous and admired the world over.

13.    The history of Nigeria since independence is the story of a struggle to fulfill our great promise. The discovery of oil in our country in the late 1950s offered new hope of prosperity but we have not always been able to reap the benefits in a fair and equitable way.

14.    The situation was not helped by political instability and the frequent suspension of democracy by military coups. During the civil war, the very existence of our country was cast into doubt but through it all, the promise of a Nigeria that is united, free and strong remained in our people's hearts.

15.    Thanks to the efforts of our statesmen and women, and millions of ordinary Nigerians, the union endured and flourished.  I would like to specifically commend members of the Armed Forces for their contributions and sacrifices to keep Nigeria one.

16.    General Yakubu Gowon had the wisdom and grace to declare that the civil war had seen "no victor, no vanquished" and welcomed, "the dawn of national reconciliation".

17.    It was in this spirit that General Olusegun Obasanjo collected the instruments of surrender at the end of the war and later became the first military ruler in our country to hand over power voluntarily to a democratic government.

18.    While the Second Republic did not last, his fine example was later followed by General Abdulsalam Abubakar who paved the way for our current democratic dispensation which has lasted longer than the previous three put together.

19.    As we celebrate our centenary, I believe that it is vital that we focus our thoughts on the vast potentials of a unified and progressive Nigeria; and build on the relative stability of the Fourth Republic to achieve accelerated national socio-economic development.

20.    I also believe that the future greatness of our country is assured by the favourable tail winds of a resilient population, ecological diversity, rich natural resources and a national consciousness that rises above our differences.

21.    We are a unique country. We have been brought together in a union like no other by providence. Our nation has evolved from three regions to thirty six states and a Federal Capital Territory.

22.    We have transited from the Parliamentary to a Presidential system of government. We have moved our capital from the coastal city of Lagos to Abuja, at the centre of our country.

23.    Today Abuja stands as a monument to our national aspiration for greater unity; it symbolises our dream of a modern nation unhinged from primordial cleavages and designed as a melting pot of our diversity.

24.    If in our first century, we could build a new capital city, we can surely build a newer, stronger, more united and prosperous Nigeria in the next century that will be an authentic African success story.

25.    The whole world awaits this African success story. With our sheer size, population, history, resilience, human and natural resources and economic potentials, Nigeria is divinely ordained to lead the African Renaissance.

26.    That is why I am confident that in the next 100 years, those who will celebrate Nigeria’s second centenary, will do so as a united, prosperous and politically stable nation which is truly the pride and glory of Africa and the entire black race.
 27.    The key to the fulfilment of that vision is our continued unity as a nation. Perhaps one of the most amazing stories of our political evolution in the last hundred years is that an ordinary child of ordinary parentage from a minority group has risen to occupy the highest office in our country.
 28.    As we march into the next hundred years, it is my hope that mine will no longer be an extra-ordinary story but an accepted reality of our democracy that every Nigerian child can pursue his or her dreams no matter how tall; that every Nigerian child can aspire to any position in our country, and will not be judged by the language that he speaks or by how he worships God; not by gender nor by class; but by his abilities and the power of his dreams.

29.    I am proud and privileged to have been elected leader of Nigeria and I consider it my solemn responsibility to act in the best interest of the nation at all times.

30.    Dear compatriots, in line with the thoughts of that great son of our continent, Nelson Mandela, let us not judge ourselves, and let not the world judge us by how many times we have stumbled, but by how strongly we have risen, every single time that we have faltered.

31.    Even as we remain resolute in our conviction that our union is non-negotiable, we must never be afraid to embrace dialogue and strengthen the basis of this most cherished union. A strong nation is not that which shies away from those difficult questions of its existence, but that which confronts such questions, and together provides answers to them in a way that guarantees fairness, justice and equity for all stakeholders.

32.    My call for the National Conference in this first year of our second century is to provide the platform to confront our challenges. I am confident that we shall rise from this conference with renewed courage and confidence to march through the next century and beyond, to overcome all obstacles on the path to the fulfilment of our globally acknowledged potential for greatness.

33.    I have referred to national leaders who did so much to build our nation in the past hundred years but nation-building is not just a matter for great leaders and elites alone.

34.    All Nigerians must be involved in this national endeavour. From the threads of our regional, ethnic and religious diversities we must continuously weave a vibrant collage of values that strengthen the Nigerian spirit.

35.    The coming National Conference should not be about a few, privileged persons dictating the terms of debate but an opportunity for all Nigerians to take part in a comprehensive dialogue to further strengthen our union.

36.    I am hopeful that the conference will not result in parochial bargaining between competing regions, ethnic, religious and other interest groups but in an objective dialogue about the way forward for our nation and how to ensure a more harmonious balance among our three tiers of government.

37.    My dear compatriots, as we celebrate our centenary, the security situation in some of our North-Eastern States, sadly remains a major concern for us. Just yesterday, young students, full of hopes and dreams for a great future, were callously murdered as they slept in their college dormitories in Yobe State. I am deeply saddened by their deaths and that of other Nigerians at the hands of terrorists. Our hearts go out to their parents and relatives, colleagues and school authorities.

38.    We will continue to do everything possible to permanently eradicate the scourge of terrorism and insurgency from our country.  We recognise that the root cause of militancy, terrorism and insurgency is not the strength of extremist ideas but corrupted values and ignorance.

39.    That is why our counter-terrorism strategy is not just about enforcing law and order as we have equipped our security forces to do. It also involves expanding economic opportunities, social inclusion, education and other measures that will help restore normalcy not just in the short term, but permanently.

40.    I want to reassure Nigerians that terrorism, strife and insecurity in any part of Nigeria are abhorrent and unacceptable to us. I urge leaders throughout Nigeria to ensure that ethnicity and religion are not allowed to become political issues.

41.    I hope and pray that one hundred years from now, Nigerians will look back on another century of achievements during which our union was strengthened, our independence was enhanced, our democracy was entrenched and our example was followed by leaders of other nations whose ambition is to emulate the success of Nigeria; a country that met its difficulties head-on and fulfilled its promise.

42.    Finally, Dear Compatriots, as we enter a second century in the life of our nation, let us rededicate ourselves to doing more to empower the youth of our country. Our common heritage and future prosperity are best protected and guaranteed by them. We must commit our full energies and resources to empowering them to achieve our collective vision of greatness in this second century of our nationhood.

43.    That is the task before our country; that is the cause I have chosen to champion and I believe we will triumph.

44.    I wish all Nigerians happy Centenary celebrations.

45.    Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

46.       I thank you.

Twelve signs your man is afraid of commitment

The Beginning

1. Date and dash. If you’ve ever been puzzled by a guy who seemed totally into you on date one and then disappeared without a trace, have no fear. He is not dead in the gutter. He’s a commitmentphobe who worries that calling up to ask you on a second date — even if he really wants to — means you will expect marriage.

2. Prince Charming. Perversely, commitmentphobes are often the ones who sweep you off your feet and want to get serious right away. They may even say you’re “the one” or drop hints about marriage on the first couple of dates. These guys apparently live in a complete fantasy world — and so long as everything is fantasy, they feel fine. Let any of it become reality, however, and that’s when they start to panic.

3. S*x. Some commitmentphobes will disappear after the first time you have s*x. Don’t think it’s anything you did wrong. These guys get so freaked out by the intimate bond that s*x can create that it feels like you’ve suddenly snapped the steel jaws of an animal trap around their legs. Now they just need to go somewhere quiet and gnaw it off.

The Middle

Some commitmentphobes won’t panic until the middle of a relationship, when you’re finally letting down your defenses and start to expect that he’s going to follow through on his many promises.

4. (Lack of) PDA. He treats you like a princess at home alone but like a total stranger out in public or around your friends or his.

5. Compartmentalizing. You might be forbidden from certain parts of his life — like meeting his work colleagues or his old college buddies. He may refuse to admit he’s in a relationship on Facebook. He may not introduce you as his “girlfriend.” He may not take you home for major holidays. You feel like you’re in a secret relationship or he’s ashamed of you. In reality, he knows the more he integrates you into his world, the harder it will be getting rid of you if he wants to.

6. Time boundaries. He may start putting boundaries on his time — for example, while he used to drive an hour each way to see you every night, suddenly it’s too much trouble, and he can only see you on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights. He’s always got excuses as to why he can’t see you — work, illness, family.

7. Walking. Oddly, guys who are commitmentphobic will often refuse to keep pace with you when you walk — they’ll walk far ahead or lag behind. Holding hands while you walk is often a problem for him.

The End

You’d think by the time a guy gets married, that would prove he’s not afraid of commitment. Sadly, this is just when some guys realize it.

8. Distancing. He may start distancing himself immediately after the wedding — not being emotionally or physically available.

9. S*x. Whereas he once had to have you twice a day, now he has excuses as to why he doesn’t want s*x.

10. Affairs. A really good sign of commitmentphobia.

11. Mixed messages. One day, you’re the love of his life. The next, he can’t stand you.

12. Fault-finding. Once you were perfect, now nothing is remotely good enough. Often he will harp on something you can do nothing about — like your age, religion, family lineage, or children — and that he knew about when he got into the relationship.

Don’t expect that a commitmentphobic guy will necessarily want to split up or get divorced. On the contrary, he may be so scared of commitment that he can’t commit to any decision. He will just behave in such a way that forces you to take that step.

And don’t be surprised when, after he’s lost you, he comes around begging, pleading, and crying for another chance. Once you’re not putting any demands on him, his anxiety lessens and he suddenly feels free to miss you and care about you again.

Carter and Skokol posit that guys like this rarely change. If you’ve got yourself in the middle of a relationship with one and you don’t want to give up, the best bet is to give him as much space as possible — forever.
